Brief Description:  Sec 47-finishing step 4

Finished sanding flush the oil access door, then began assembly of the spinner & backing plate. there's really not much to do here, drilled holes to attach #10 nutplates on backside of Carbon Fiber backing plate. The #10 holes are pre drilled. I firat drilled them #40, and countersunk them, but thn went back and enlarged them to 7/64 so that I could make sure that I got primer into the holes. I understand that carbon fiber and aluminum have a corrosive reaction to each other, since the rivets will compress this will help insure that there's some primer protecting/seperating the rivets from the carbon. I also cut out the prop blade openings and backing plates, and sanded then smooth. the spinner got several (3 coats of smooth Prime while priming the gear fairings, but didn't get sanded tonight. mayber tomorrow.
