Finished installing the remaining butplates on the back of #5 and #6. Put a doubler on #5 where the screw attaches, Used one of the existing rivet holes for the oil cooler scat flange on #6, installed the plenum and tightened up all of the screws and then marked where screws contact the rear of the plenum, removed plenum drilled #8 holes and installed #8 nutplates. reinstalled everything to check fit. All in all it seals pretty well and shouldn't require a great deal of RTV between the plenum and the baffle.
