Brief Description:  Sec FF4-3 all steps

5 hours today and all that I accomplished was installing 2 fuel hoses !!!!! Actually connecting the hoss wa a snap, figuring out how to secure them, which Adel clamps to use and fabricating some mounting/standoff plates took the bulk of the time. Both of th elines have the Integral firesleeve from Performance hose, and they are beauties. The 1st hose was the supply from the mechanical fuel pump to the fuel controller. I ran it inside of the intake tubes, and used 2 bolts from the oil sump to attach a .090" mounting plate that I made. I put 2 White Adel clamps #10 (Thanks John Cox!) on the plate and attached them and the hose to the plate and then attached the plate to the sump using 1/4" longer bolts I picked up locally + (new star washers). The 2nd hose is the metered fuel from the fuel controller to the fuel spider, the fuel line gets run up between the #3 & #5 Cyls. I though tI could just use and Adel clamp on one of the sump bolts, but the hose rubbed on the engine case, ..... So I made another bracket similar to the fuel supply hose and attached an #8 Adel clamp to the bracket and reattached the bracket to the case/sump. I have two more hoses 1 Oil, and 1 the fuel return from the purge valve.
