Added another layer of micro to the front reglassed area of the plenum, then sanded it flush. remounted plenum to engine, and added micro to areas under the intake rings to seal them. Previously had applied release agent spray to affected metal areas. After that cured, sanded to blend into remaining plenum, Filled the larger voids that are visible w/ micro, Mixed up a couple oz of smooth prime, and squeeged it into the entire plenum to fill the bulk of the pinholes, Sanded it after drying w/ 100 grit, and then sprayed the initial coat of smoothprime on the plenum. That's it for today, let it dry onight and spray and sand remaining coats tomorrow.
