Short day today, coming down with a cold (groan). Pretty much finished up connecting everything on the Right side ofthe panel to the sub-panel. I picked up some more connectors, Fast-on, BNC, and Molex from Aerozona this am. One of the cables from the panel to the JPI EIU was too short, so I made a 10" extension w/Molex connectors each end. Next task was to connect the power wires that didn't get circuit breakers to the appropriate Main/Auz fuse blocks. Picked up some fuses from Checker Auto. I needed to connect the Transponser Antenna coax from the antenna to the GMA 327. I ended up removing the center stack moodule in order to get e3nough room to make the connection. The last item was to cut & crimp a BNC connector to the Com2 anetnna coax and then attach to the pigtail on the back of the radio stack. While upside down under the panel. I tried to secure as much 'loose' stuff as possible using a combination of tywraps. Dispite my attempt to keep things 'neat' there's no way I get a passing grade on the 'behing the panel' maze. I really hope that bench testing everything twoce pays off, cause, I really DON'T want to trouble shoot problems back here! the only thing that needs to be connected on the Right side is the Nav Antenna, after the wings are connected. (I might just make a longer pigtail to get out from behind the panel)
