Finished priming all of the sub-panels. Had to remount the panel into the cockpit to get the dimensions for cutting out a 'notch' in the pilot side sub-panel to fit the U channel on the side of the fuse. Filed all rivets flush w/ Vixen file, sanded all scratches, sparayed all parts w/ SW 988 primer, let dry and then wet sanded w/ 400 grit. Resprayed let dry and then lightly sanded w/ 600 grit. They are ready for sparying of the Final coat (If I can muster the courage to do it!) I trimmed one of the openings on the fiberglass panel overlay a little too agressively and needed to rebuild the lower portion where there was a small sliver where light was shining through below the insert. Mixed up some flox and trowled it on using some Duct tape as a backing. I'll let it cure overnight and then sand (a little more carefully) to final dimensions. Tomorrow I'll finish trimming the Fiberglass panel overlay and then prime and sand it w/ Smooth Prime getting it ready for final paint
