Brief Description: physical assembly of the 2 outboard panels
Physically assembled the 2 outboard panels in the instrument panel. The circuit breaker panel was first. I still need to add the Hobbs meter to the bottom of the panel. The moved to the pilot side panel. I was going to use the Cessna Batt/Alt switch/s , but trying to locate them became a problem. so I went back to the B&C switches. ! Primary master/Alt 2. Sec Master.Alt & 3. the lower left corner is left for the eyeball vents (enroute from Steinair) Crossover and Starter. I need to cut the attach bracket behine the pilot side panel. I cut the circuit breakers with the step drill, Cut the Compass and Clhronometer using a fly cutter I got @ OSH. Had to buy bigger step drill to cut the Mag key/Switches.
Layed out a grid for drilling the Circuit Breakers
pilot side panel, 2 Master switchs, 1 Crossover, compass, clock, Mag key switch
Breaker panel installed and EFIS tightened into mounting brackets.
