Date:  11-8-2006
Number of Hours:  1.50
Manual Reference:  Sec 43-10
Brief Description:  Sec 43-10 steps 3-6

Deburred all of the holes in the back-up strips and countersunk all of the #30 holes that attach the Cabin cover to the Fuse. Deburred and dimpled the Fuse side skins. I made a test piece of .032 dimpled to determine the depth for the countersinks. The plans call for CS4-4's but I wondered if 426 AN4's might be better. i put out a querie to the Matronics RV10 list and it appears that there's no advantage to the 426's . I'm gong to fill and glass this seam anyway, so I'll go with the CS 4-4/s I'm going to need to place an order w/ Van's cause I don't think I've got enough.
