Installed the flap system and the flap positioning system today. Once again I didn't think this would take as long as it did, but the heat and working within the confines of the tunnel conspired to add to the length of time. Nothing remarkable here, pretty straight forward in the plans, Sanding the Delrin block took longer than I thought, I guess that's a good thing (they won't wear easily). I still need to mount the positioning system control module (tomorrow?). Look slike I'll probably install it inside of the tunnel, as it's hard wired to the positioning rings that are attached to the motor/screw

Delrin blocks sanded w/ smooth corners

Flap Crank and torque tubes installed

Flap motor w/ Flap positioning system installed.
