You clamp the elevator bellcrank in the neutral position using the template made in Sec 11-7 and then using another temporary spacer built per the plans validate that the control sticks are in the 'neutral position. Once again, everything looked spot on using the dmiensions from the plans and no further adjustment of the rod ends and jam nuts was required.
