Began to fit the Left wing tip, trimed and test fit, trimed, and test fit, trimmed, and test fit......... you get the story. Th eGOOD news is that it appears that at least the LEFT wing tip will NOT have to undergo a lobotomy, as it appears to be the correct length. i've read so much about problems with thes etips being too long or too short, I was expecting to undergo the same ordeal, but it looks like at least for the LEFT that won't be necessary.It finally dawned on me that I would need to have the bottom sking at least clecoed into place in order to secure the wing tip, as there are several of the attach holes that are on this skin, so I dug it out and clecoed it on, and then finished 'fitting' the wing tip. TIP the 1/2 inch measurement for triming is TOO BIG, I found that it will bind at that length, I took another 1/64-1/32" off with the vixen file and that allowed it to fit clean, I'll trim the right shorter to begin with and save a bunch of time!!!!!
