Installed the right wing tip. This went MUCH easier and faster than the Left. I believe the difference was that I trimmed more of the material off initially. I trimmed so that only 15/32 of a flange remained, this allowed me to install the wing tip the 1st time with out the endless fit and trim I went through on the left. Ther eis still pleanty of material for riveting the nutplates. to. Match drilled the wing tip to the skins, and then drilled them both to #28 and riveted nutplates to the wing tip. Fits great. However unllike the Left the RIGHT tip is about 5/16" too long, I'll have to fix that tomorrow. i wish I had the LED/Strobes so I could go ahead and finish up and install the lens covers. I hope to finish up most of the wing stuff tomorrow and Sat. So I can start on the Fuse Mon.
