Brief Description:  Sec 16-3step 3 right

What a session! wasted a LOT of time trying to use the extended length back riveting set that i got frrom Cleveland and the corresponding buccking bar/dumbell while I was @ OSH this summer. The tool is a piece of @#$#@! the delrin cover at the end cracked on the second rivet, it takes way too much time on each rivet to set, even after pumping up the air pressure to 60 +lbs. I really wanted nice looking wing skins and was bummed by the whole thing, I was able to set a few of them using the 'normal back reveit set and they looked nice. For grins, I tried bucking a couple to see what the result might be. I recall reading on Mike howe's site that he had trouble backriveting and resorted to bucking, Well, with Ace bucker Torey at the ready, the bucked rivets turned out as nice as the bac-reveted ones, so we went ahead and completed the remainder of the W1002 inboard skin. I'm really happy with the results. Torey pooped out on me after the inboard skin, I went ahead and loaded and taped all of the remaining rivets in the W1003 outboard skin, for the next session (Monday). Also this marks the 600 hour point in the project.
