Number of Hours:  5.10
Manual Reference:  Sec 22-5
Brief Description:  Sec 22-5 steps 4-6

Dissassembled the ribs spars, hinges, etc. and deburred, dimpled, and scotchbrited everything except skins. I may be the only one who found this out this late, but if you are priming your parts, it's much easier to do the scotchbrit rough up before dimpling than after (duh!). Also Countersunk the trailing edges for both flaps. Tomorrow scotchbrite, dimple skins, and clean and prime (Hopefully it will be warm enough). Some of the ribs couldn't be dimpled with the squeezer. I made my own vice grip dimpler by taking an existing pair of vice grips and drilling a hole in each jaw the same size ad the dimple dies. Then insert the dies into each jaw and away you go. Picture # 3 show the jaws, theres' an additional pictire in the photo album on the web site.
