Brief Description:  Sec 21-7 step 5

Finish riveting trailing edge AX to skins. I use the no-proseal method with a 2" angle iron bucking bar, used this on the rudder, Elevators and now these. IT works great. I have previously done all of the setting with just the back rivet set, After reviewing Tim Olsens site prior to this session, I decided to begin with the back rivet and then finihs with the flush. BIG MISTAKE, The flush rivet hammers too much on the metal, (bigger area) and has more of a tendency to put waves and curves in. I did the LEFT this way and then switched back to usign just the back rivet set for the RIGHT, and the results were much better. There really isn't a difference in the shop head that is formed. Just some misc hardware to attach and then the Ailerons are done.
