Install Aft Tank Baffle and attach zee's for LEFT tank. The end of Pro-Seal is in sight! I had a minor incident when one of the pop rivets broke the stem mid-way through the pull. it ended up jamming the pop-puller. A quick trip to Ace hardware for another puller, and then finished up attaching the zee's. I took the dremel cutoff tool and cut the stem flush with the rivet head, I hope that it's pulled tight enough for a seal, drilling it out and leaving rivet bits rattleing around the tank, didn't seem like the right thing to do. I'll be happy to see the end of PS, It seems to make the job 3 time longer, what with the stop to wipe the goop off, clean up the tool, clean off the cleco's, clean off the hands, repeat all of the above about 100 times, I've gone through 1 1/2 galons of Acetone, and 1/4 galon of MEK, and about 3-4 rolls of paper towels so far. I've gotten to the point that I can't even smell the fumes (probably a sign that I'm burning too many brain cells in the process). All in all I'm really happy with the way the Left tank came out, I don't think I'll have any leaks but I'll wait 2-3 weeks before testing to make sure everything is cured well.
