Attach shims to Tanks attach bracket assembly, and rivet the Aileron VA 146 bearing in place. This section is not documented well in the plans, it doesn't instruct you to countersink the sides fo the T1005L "& R brackets to accept the shims e.g. also need to study the drawing carefully to get everything oriented correctly.
