Brief Description:  Sec Final-43

Remounted stall warning buzzer, Reattached fuse side closeout panels, Verified Stall warning and Nav lights work OK. Picked up case of Mineral oil from AeroZona, Added oil to engine case, and calibrated dipstick, The old on was quite a bit off, filed and sanded off the old markings and used a file to make notches at the 12 and 9 qt level. when I change oil, I'll add 6 & 3 qt marks. Put everything back on the plane that needed to be where it was prior to Wade coming over Monday am, with his scales to weight the plane. He's got a Great set of Scales, We set them up, calibrated them, rolled the plane up on them, and let air out of the nose wheel until the plane wa level and Walla! A Chunky Monkey was Born, N519PJ weight in 2 1772 ! I was ecpecting 1700, but this was a bit more than I was hoping for, proof posative that all of the extras and mods do indeed add up. the next item was to find out what was going on with the roll servo, When Bill DeR. came by we noted it wasn't working. I had to uninstall the servo motor from the bracket in order to get the Dsub unscrewde from the servo. Once it was out I made a long harness and disconnected the 25 pin dsub from the Trutrak programmer in the cockpit, and began doing continuity checks and pn checks, and sure enough I had 3 of the pins in the wrong location. once reinstalled I rechecked the servo, and everything seems to be working and the servo appears to be operating in the right direction.
