Newest addition to N519PJ. Greg Hale (repeat Offender) made his own custon instrument panel and console, and he also made a really cool glareshield. I asked him if he ever decided to sell copies that I'd be interested. a week or two ago we were chatting via e-mail regarding securing the doors . I got a subsequent e-mail from Greg saying he's having his interior installed, and his upholstery guy had come up with a better idea for his glare shield, and if I was interested he remembered my interest in his glareshield and he'd be glad to give it to me for the cost of shipping ! Now that a deal that I couldn't pass-up. It arrived this pst week, and today I took some time to see if it would work for me. The short answer is .... IT WILL! Thanks Greg !!!!. I'll have to come up with a different way of mounting it, but think I've got a grip on that already. Additionally, it will require a little rework on the ends to match my panel/interior, but again, that's not too big of a deal. Greg had fashioned an integrated mounting for some annunciator lights, I've already got my annunciator lights in the panel, so I'll likely fill this portion in and reglass it. After I get ithe changes made and fit to my plane, I intend to cover it with flat black leather that is stitched across the face. Hopefully it will look almost good as whatever Greg has come up with as an 'improvement' THANKS Greg!!!!!
