This week is a bugger in the way of heat 114 thru Wed, then down to 109 for the rest of the week. Lows o'nite are 95! humidity 30-40% I'm not working outside this week. Spent a LOT of time on the phone today. Won an EBAY auction for a used Heads Up XM weather receiver, retail $4k I got it for $1600. I've confirmed w/ Op Tech that it will interface to the EFIS system. Ordered some coax and misc from Stein today. What a Great guy! I got 4 Black swivel vents with the Overhead panel from Tony Sustare, unfortunately with the interior color palette of Grey tones, the Black is abit stark, I already have the brushed alum mounted in the panel. Stein said he'd be happy to swap them, he's sendin out 4 silver ones with the order and I'll return the black ones in the same box. THANKS Stein!!!! Also fugured out how to connect the NACA vents to the panel mounted swivels, So I can go ahead and mount the NACA vents. I'm upgrading some of the components in the panel, one is the Breakers, I'm replacein the ACS breakers with Klixon pullable, mounted all of those in their respective sockets, and then cut and mounted the power buss bars to the back of them and tied them together into Main and Aux. Mounted the CO2 sensor and the Hobbs as well.
