Rivet attachment bar support angle and the stop doubler to the aft deck then install AN 3 bolts. Torque to 20-25 inch pouinds (didn't seem like very much checked with the RV10 matronics list and they confirmed it's Ok. learned to torque from the Nut side if at all possible.
