I'm tired of fiberglass ! Removed the Right door panel from the door/mold and trimed it to size, needed to use some heat to get the rolled edges tight enough to the door. Last night, I put Super Fil around the perimeter of the Left door where it will be painted, purpose was to fill pinholes and surface irregularities. Not sure it was such a good idea I must have gotten the ration on the superFil wrong because even after 14 hours it was still a bit gummy and clogged the sandpaper, took quite some time to get it all smooth. I did fill the voids arond the delrin blocks that hold the door pins and evened up the exterior surface for a smmoth painted surface. I'll also fill the right blocks but I think I'll go straight to smooth prime without the superfill. I'll just give it a good sanding and shoot several coats of Smooth Prime. Perhaps after finishing up the panels tomorrow, I can get the windows cut out.
