Continued with the interior door unholstery panel lay-up. Poped the Left side panel off of teh door and proceeded to trim it to final dimensions. Applied Duct tape to the right door and then did the 2 ply lay-up's on it. I on;y went with 2 ply's for weight considerations, However 2 plys end up being a bit thin, it will serve the purpose its intended for very well, but it makes handling along the way a little delicate. perhaps 3 plys would be a good compromise. I tried cut out a scrap from some headliner material and wrapped it around the panel to get an idea if this was going to work, It looks good particularly considering that the fabric can't be pulled tight and glued just yet. I think this is going to give the doors the finished look I'm looking for. I'l let the right door cure tonight and then sand it to final tomorrow and then we can begin on mounting the windows to the doors. I've been really intimidated by this step (windows). there's an alternate method using micro and glass tape that I'm considering vs the Weld-on.
Letf Panel removed from Door/mold and begin to trim
