The kids have returned to their homes/school so I was able to get back into the garage this afternoon for a bit. First I finished up the hinges on the upper fwd fuse. I found out I had the left hinge one hole off so I had to drill it off and rivet it. There were a couple of rivets that were setting a little too proud, so drilled them and replaced them with Opps rivets. then began on the nose gear fairing. same process as for the main only there's only one of them ! and no intersection fairings. Sanded the too halves and match drilled them together marked the centerlines. Then deburred and primed the brackets. Hacksawed the alum spacer blocks and primed them. Taped the 7/8" spacer to the wheel, and mounted the right bracket. Had to trim the wheel opening a little in order to get the fiberglass pant on. Then inserted the left bracket and leveled the rear fairing
