Milestone today! I finished the doors! (at least for now). Sanded the 2nd coat of Smooth Prime this morning, Got most of the pinholes, Then shot a final coat on both doors. sanded that w/ 220 grit, and it looks GREAT! There are probably about 15 pinholes left on both doors, that I'll fill and sand manually befor paint, but for now these are going into storage, and i'm moving on with the project. BUT before moving too far. I needed to clean up the garage/shop. It'a been an unmitigated disaster these past couple of weeks with all ofthe dust flying around. Well. after several hours of vacuming. Air hosing, and wiping I think I got most of it, funny how a clean shop and a clean project/plane can have such a postitive change in your attitude.Christmas is coming early for Me! I got some pictures of my Engine from Allen Barrett @ BPE, It is shipping tomottow and should be here next week!!!!!!
