Brief Description:  Sec 45 Door Gap fix session #7 Both doors

Same ol' thing again today, finsihed sanding & filling all of the Left door except for the bottom edge where it contacts the Fuse. I'm pretty happy with how it's turning out even if it is costing an extra 30-40 hours. I remounted the Right door, which I thought was about done, for some unexplained reason, it wasn't flush?!?!? go figure, tried it off an on several times to no avail. It turns out it needed to be shimmed, 2 960 -10L washers above the hinge on each screw seemed to do the trick. After doing the Left door and getting it really good and flush and all of the low spots created during clamping filled and smoothed, I needed to bring the Right door to the same level. So ,,,,,, that means another round of filling, curing and sanding, I also began to build up the bottom edge to bring it flush with the fuse edge. It would be easier to use a filler here, but Flox will resit chipping better and since I'm going with a sharper radius in the edges than Van's stock, it will be better if the edges are stronger. Hopeflly I can finish this in the next 2 days and get the plane and garage cleaned up.
