Today's task was to begin to install the Coss door latches/handles into the Left Door. I've got a cold/flu bug and not feeling too well, should have stayed in bed, cause 1st thing today I cut the opening in the door skin for the handle 1/2" too long ! @$##@$ Oh Well, the good thing about fiberglass (if there is a good thing) is that it can be fixed. I'm going to wait until I've gott it all dona as I need to do some glass work to cover some of the cutouts had to make for clearance. This is going faster than the Right door, helps to have been through it once. I fabed the kinkage bars, and cut then a little long, will cut to final length when they are inserted and adjusted. Should be able to get both doors installed by tomorrow, Minus the locks.

Oopssss!!! I cut the door handle 1/2" too long !$#@!@#$!#@

Installed the Delrin latch pin blocks
|

Fabricated the linkage bars and installed latch pins on the ends
|
