finished off the 'initial fit of the Right door. LOTS of sanding and fiberglass dust!!!. Same issues as the Left door. Required a Lot of sanding on the Cabin door frame. Will need to treat the door frame edges with a flox/squeege solution to get a level and tight fit. I'm already tired of the fiberglass, not the wet glass, but all of the sanding and finish work is a !@!#$%^!. I had to stop this afternoon and clean up the shop. even though It will quickly get as dirty/dusty as before I couldn't stand it anymore. I need to figure out if I need to mount the door braces/struts before attaching the overhead console.
