Brief Description:  Sec 45-3 and Sec 45-4 all steps

Finished up sanding all of the mating/bonding surfaces on both doors, and then drilled the #40 holes around the perimeter of the door windows. These get trimmed off later so it's not too critical on spacing. Scribed the 'pilot' lines on the fuse skins, then transferred them to the door skins after clecoing them together and to the fuse. Drilled the door skins clecoing them to the fuse and then drilled and clecoed the window frame. I clamped the skins to the cabon toop to ensure as close as possible that the skins are aligned. After removing the door skins, prepared the Gas Strut striffeners. They were bowed a little too much, but by 'gently standing on them I was able to relieve some of the curve and get a much better fit. I had to run to West Marine and pick up some Colodial silica (Cabosil) . Them mixed up a couple of oz/s and applied to the pads/stiffeners. I mixed a litle microfiber (flox) into the mixture to make it slightly more structural.
