Drilled inserts and installed nutplates on fiberglass panel for attaching the panel inserts. some of the attachpoints are also common to the panel attach support so in those cases I installed the nutplates on the panel attach support rather than on the fiberglass flange. I countersunk the holes in the inserts. I have one problem, that I need to fix. When I redid the flange on the pilot window, I didn't get it all level in the same plane so the upper left corner is about 1/2" too deep. I'll take the panel off, put saran wrap around the insert and build the area under the corner up w/ a micro/flow mixture, and then sand smooth. I still need to fashion a method for attaching the lower corners of the panel to the fuse/longeron to stiffen everything up. Also need to cut out the console cover and mount.
