Trying to wrap up Sec 29. Received the soundproofing material From ACS over the weekend, Its part no 09-42727 3/4" but it looks just like 'neopreme' put it down using Sticky Stuff Adhesive; I tried the 'thump' test after finishing one side and it definately dampens the sound through the floorboards, it is a bit messy though. then on to riveting the Floor pans. I found that I had installed someAN470 -4 rivets on the seat supports that interferred with the pan, unfortunately I had about 30-40 pop rivets already set, I don't think it's a big deal, it resulted in the floor pan not being attached in 4 places. I drilled the rivets out on the Left side so no problem there. This is tough work for a fat old man, what with all of the bending over and stretching, I expect I'll feel it tomorrow.
