Brief Description:  Sec 29-15 steps 1-3

Today was the Dimple Derby! After dimpling some of the bulkheads and ribs on the Fuse, the focus turned to the skins themselves. yep, you know the drill, deburrrrrrrrrrr, holes and edges, scotchbrite, then dimple. With 4 skins this took longer than I expected. I actually thought I'd have some time to begin priming, but that didn't happen, in fact, I had to knock off a little early for a meeting, and need to finish dimpling the last skin tomorrow morning. My Cogsdill 3/32 deburrer isn't working right, I don't know if it's s problem with the thickness of the material on the skins or if the tool itself is malfunctioning, the spring loaded blade isn't expanding and retracting like it should, and therefore isn't doing the job, so the bulk of today was done, the 'old fashion way'. It took it apart and tried cleaning it, but I think it's just worn to the point of needing to be replaced. Oh Well, hopefully I'm nearing the end of the really big sheetmetal work portion of the project. (Famous last words huh?)
