The goal for this work session was to final install all the numerous fuel tank flanges (drain, fuel cap, inlet/outlet, vent) found on the tank skins and the inboard ribs.
At first I thought that I could simply use the hand squeezer to set the rivets all over the place but soon realize that things would not be that easy. In fact, I came to a hair ruining the left wing fuel tank fuel cap flange. Once again, I managed to recover my goof and fixed the thing in an appropriate manner. In a nutshell, setting the rivets on these parts boils down to a combination of hand squeezer, DRDT-2 tool, back riveting with a gun and… patience.
