Did detail fit of #2 pattern for lower cowl. I then took that piece and layed out over the .032" 2024 aluminum sheet, marked it out and cut. I cut the edge where it fits to the nose bowl very carefully as a starting point. Attached with clamps. Layed out screw line on the nose bowl and drilled/clecoed 5 holes. I noticed that the rear part of the cowling wants to droop, probably due the wieght. I will need to fit and begin attaching at the rear as drill for attachment.
