Built up a new jig using the prop bulkhead reversed on the flange. Using a 3/4 piece of wood and some clamps,affixed the cowl to the bulkhead as a starting point. Using spring clamps I installed the stiffeners and squared up the cowling relation to fuse. This takes a lot of time measuring for alignment, etc. Leveled and aligned the stiffeners with the longerons and the screw lines from behind the firewall. Ready to drill once I do another once over check.
