Spent most of the evening pushing around on the cowl to arrange it centrally, laterally, etc. finally rigged it with clamps and wood across the spinner bulkhead. Then started with the supports and hingeplates which I am fabricating out of .065 3/4 inch angle aluminum. Two will be joined by rivets so that it creates a face of 1.5 inches to accept the sheet metal and hinge for the bonnet.
