EAA advisor inspection prior to closing up center section fuel tank; prepared to install lower skin; using silicone I applied numerous dollups on tank; then applied T88 adhesive to all contact points for skin; clamped in place and installed brads about every one inch or so around perimeter. Varnished LE and new skin over center section fuel tank.
