Brief Description:  Miscellaneous

Using .085 aluminum sheet I made a 4 x 2 inch grounding plate with 7 studs. Attached to cross tubing behind pax shoulder with tubing clamps. I first removed the epoxy from the tubing and applied dielectric grease. Once installed, there was .000 ohms resistence across plate to airframe.
I made up the ground loop from the airframe to the master solenoid, but I forgot to install a ground for the strobe light. So, I took a large fender washer and drilled a hold along the outer edge to accept a small terminal for #16 ground wire. I applied Di electric grease and torqued lung to airframe. Before that installation I had removed the paint to bare metal so insure a good contact.
Installed and riveted belly stringers using AD rivets. Too hard, so I went to the soft which work much easier.
