Brief Description:  Wiring for Starter, Alternator, & Compressor

Determined appropriate routing for wires for the main alternator (B-lead and Field) by installing cushion clamps along the front of the engine pan using the pan assembly bolts. Installed the cushion clamps with wires. Then following the routing suggestions from the Van's electrical drawings. routed the starter cable and starter solenoid wire, along with the alternator wires, and a wire for the A/C compressor along the left side of the engine along the engine pan, using dual cushion clamps attached with pan assembly bolts. Left the wires hanging near the fire wall until I determine the best location for firewall penetrations, when these wires will be run through the firewall.

Sanded down the lower cowl bump out for the compressor to smooth it. Applied another coat of epoxy/micro to further improve the shape and blending of the bump into the cowl.
