After trouble shooting, found that the problem with the aileron trim on the left grip was 2 pins were swapped in the grip's DB-9 connector. Corrected the pin locations and tested that the problem was solved. Re-laced the grip wires to the stick.
Installed nut plates onto the pilot seat to secure the seat adjustment plunger to the seat frame. This will allow for easier removal/installation of the seat, rather than removing the seat cushion in order to reach nuts on the inside. Installed the pilot seat and attached the adjustment plunger.
Installed the N76KL "N-number" to each side of the tail cone using 3" vinyl numbers purchased from Aircraft Engravers.
