Brief Description: 4th Thin Layer of Epoxy-Micro on Windscreen Fairin
Sanded down the layer of epoxy-micro applied yesterday.
Sanded the top to the electrical tape, then shaped the center and sanded the bottom to the aluminum skin. Used a 5" length of swimming pool noodle wraped in 60 grit sandpaper for sanding all the fairing, particularly for shaping the center curve. Then used a 5" random orbit sander with 60 grit to flaten each end of the fairing near the doors.
Cleaned the fairing with alcohol and then added another layer of epoxy-micro mixed a bit less stiff to cover the fairing.
