Brief Description:  Mounting Right Door

Installed the PlaneAround door latch rod tips onto both doors, using loctite blue to help hold them in place. (Didn't use red in case there is a need to remove the tips in the future.) Re-installed the pin blocks that the rods extend through at the sides of both doors.

Masked off the window of the left door, sanded the areas where the paint came off the door interior due to masking for the window install as well as other minor areas, and spayed those areas with primer from a rattle can.

Re-installed the right door onto its hinges.

Installed the right rear cabin pin block. This first required sanding down the ourward facing front surface so that the block would fit into the door flange area with the pin extended, before mounting the block to the cabin. Then mounted the block to the cabin and determined that it was too high and pushed the door forward (as expected). Sanded the base of the block by rubbing it onto a sheet of course sandpaper taped to a flat plate with double sided tape. Sanded and tested fit several times until the door was resting centered in the door frame when sitting on the rear block.

Installed the right front cabin pin block. This block only required minor sanding of the outward facing front surface. Then iteratively sanded and tested fit of the front block until the door fit snugly but easily between the front and rear blocks in a centered position in the door frame. Mounted both cabin pin blocks to the cabin frame and confirmed that the latch pins held the door in the proper position and worked smoothly.

Determined that the center cam latch block was too wide to fit properly onto the door sill inside the cabin top. Cut the ~1/8" wide base lip off of the block so it was flush on the outward side, then sanded a bevel onto the bottom outside corner so it fit flush against the cabin top frame. Centered the block on the center latch and against the cabin top frame and match drilled the mounting holes. Installed the center latch block to the cabin door frame using the pr
