Finished trimming the left door to fit in the opening.
Installed the door hinges to the cabin top for both doors. Determining the left from the right hinge was not obvious from the plans and they weren't marked. However after studying the figure in the plans I realized that the difference between the hinges is a slight offset of the mounting plates where welded to the hinge barrels.
The aft hinge for both doors required 2 washers on each bolt as the nuts bottomed out on the threads with only one washer. The forward hinge bolts were fine with the specified single washer per bolt.
Installed the left door to the hinge. Door fit without needing to shim at the hinges.
