Installed hoses onto the dryer. (Dryer was pressurized from factory prior to removal of cap.) Installed expansion valve onto the evaporator, and both hoses to evaporator. (Evaporator was pressurized from factory prior to removal of cap)
Installed scoop with condensor onto the belly of plane. Connected hoses to condensor pipes.
With help from Jimmy Gardner of Gardner Aircraft Services, connected vacuum pump to service ports on evaporator and pumped down the system for 1 hour. Shut in the system and left over night to check for leaks.
