Having received the larger cushion clamps, I installed 3 of them to the front of the evaporator shelf to secure the hose running from the evaporator discharge to the right side of the tail cone.
Enlarged the holes in the condenser connection penetration doublers so that the connectors would fit through the holes. Used a step drill to get close and then carefully enlarged a little more using the deburing tool until the nut would fit through the hole.
Drilled 4 #40 holes in each doubler at the corners for rivets, then match drilled them through the bottom skin. Dimpled the bottom skin using the close quarters dimple set and blind rivet squeezer. Dimpled the doubler plates using the DRDT. Will rivet the doublers when I have a helper available.
