Using two W-730 Bellcrank Jigs, rigged the ailerons attachment to the control sticks.
Had to remove the bellcrank to aileron pushrod bolt nuts to attach the W-730 to each side. Had to re-route one of the wires to the roll servo (in the right wing) to avoid interference with the bellcrank assembly.
Used a level to determine the pilot's stick was vertical when aligning the left aileron. Then added the right wing jig which locked both ailersons in neutral position, and attached the right F-1064 Aileron Pushrod Assembly.
Bent and flaired each of the fuel lines and attached to the wing tank fuel connections.
Determined the routing for the pitot and AOA tubes from the wings into the fuselage using an existing hole with bushing.
Extended the flap motor, and determined that it's motion is reversed from the flap switch. Will need to either change in software or reverse the moror leads connection to the GAD 27, TB273 terminals 7&8.
