Trimmed right lower cowl cooling air inlet so there is now ~1/4 inch between the cowl $ inlet ramp, which is covered by baffle fabric.
Re-installed baffle fabric to lower cowl inelts, which required new holes for the right side. Installed lower cowl & trimmed the cooling inlet fabric on both sides.
Secured the lower cowl to firewall hinges. Installed snorkle onto lower cowl. Installed nose gear slot extension cover plate onto snorkle. (Will probably remove the cover plate and fill this extension area with fiberglass/epoxy since no longer required with removable snorkle.) Attached back of snorkle to brace.
Installed top cowl. Installed side pin covers. Started to install clip on top rear center that holds the top firewall hinge pins in place, but dropped it into the cowl. Can't see it so will need to remove the top cowl to find it.
