Brief Description:  DAR Inspection

Swept up the hanger while waiting for Vic Syracuse to arrive for airworthiness inspection.

Vic found 10 small issues requiring fix before first flight:
1. Jam nut missing on FWF throttle cable end
2. Jam nut missing on FWF mixture cable end
3. Jam nut missing on FWF prop gov. cable end
4. Throttle not hitting throttle body stop at full throttle
5. Openings at front engine baffle not closed with RTV
6. AN4-14 bolts missing in spar at both wing roots (4 bolts total)
7. Jam nuts not tight on flap push rods
8. Aircraft data plate Builder's Name doesn't match registration (David R Macdonald vs. Macdonald David R)
9. Spare Wire bundles need to be better tied up to prevent moving
10. Brake fluid leak at bulkhead nut where run through bottom of fuselage next to gear leg.

Time to fix all of these did not allow for first flight the next day, so Vic returned home following the inspection.

Began fixing the issues identified. Installed AN4-14 spar bolts on right wing. Tried to install on left wing, but both bolts were tight in the holes and neither would catch the nut plate threads.
Tightened the jam nuts on the flap push rods and torque sealed.
Ordered a new data plate.
