Brief Description:  Trouble Shoot & Calibrate. Seal Firewall

Tracked down the problem with the trim servos. Found a broken ground wire at GAD 27, P272, Pins 2 & 4 node. Repaired by soldering a new node, and servos now function.

Reversed "Connected Pitch Trim Switch Direction" in order to get proper operation and indication on elevator trim tab.

Calibrated fuel quantity gauges, writing down the voltage level at each calibration point (every 2 gallons). However, I apparently didn't save the calibration for the right tank prior to re-booting, thus lost the right tank calibration. Both tanks are full of fuel.

Per request from DAR (Vic Syracuse) did a full power engine run-up to test maximum rpm limit. Prop governor prevented engine overspeed, with max rpm of ~ 2480.

Added hose clamps to firewall wire penetrations. Sealed these penetrations with fire stop compound (2000 deg. rated), as well as the engine control cable penetrations. Had to cut the cartridge tube in half with a knife as the material had solidified in the ends, even though the tube was unopened. Used a craft stick to scoop out the sealant and apply it to the penetrations.
