Brief Description:  Re-Installed LRU Cages and Installed Main Harness

Re-installed the mounting cage for the Audio Panel into the aircraft. In order to do this, had to remove the carbon fiber panel from it's aluminum back panel and move it mostly out of position in order to install 2 of the front screws to the cage brackets. Then re-installed the rear cage support bolt and spacer. Re-installed the carbon-fiber panel to the aluminum back panel and secured it in place, including with the 2 final screws supporting the other front side cage bracket.

Removed the back plane (already wired) from the GTN 650 cage, and then re-installed the GTN instrument mounting cage to the sub-panel with 8-8 screws.

Spent several hours replacing all the temporary tie-wraps with waxed lacing cord on the instrument harnesses and wire bundles. Carried the major bundle with harnesses into the aircraft and placed it loosely under the sub-panel.

Re-installed the GTN 650 wired back plane to its instrument cage. Then installed the transponder GTX 45R back plane to it's instrument cage that was previously mounted to the sub-panel. To secure this back plane to the cage required crawling under the panel with my head and shoulders to see the screws and tighten them with a long screwdriver.

Realized then that the main wire bundle needed to run over the top back of the GTN 650 cage, rather than under it. So had to remove the cage from the sub-panel (4 screws), manuver the main harness bundle behind the cage and up on top of it, and then re-secure the cage to the sub-panel.

Installed the panel center front insert in place in order to secure the front of the GTN cage, to help support the wire bundle weight until I can fasten the bundle inn place next week.
